Global online "mini campaign" to empower female cycling and raise brand awareness

Challenge

ŠKODA AUTO’s close connection to cycling dates back to the origin of the company in 1895. Yet today, many potential customers – especially women, an important SUV target group – aren’t aware of ŠKODA as a perfect companion for cyclists and a great enabler of their passion.

Solution

Because women in general have great potential for cycling which is largely unfulfilled, we created an inspirational video celebrating female cyclists and showcasing the different reasons they ride.

Results

The campaign has been localised and activated in 18 countries in Europe and Australia. The English version of the video alone received more than 2.3M views and almost 2K likes.
