Fly Vista: Elevate Your Senses

How we showcased a new rooftop restaurant to hundreds of thousands of people with a smart mix of platforms.

What was the challenge?

A new gastronomic destination opened on the rooftop of the iconic Máj building – the Fly Vista restaurant. It combines modern cuisine, the distinctive signature of its chef Karel Caldr, and a panoramic view unlike anything else in Prague. The task was simple but ambitious: to position the new restaurant among the most interesting places in the city centre, create the brand’s first emotional imprint, and motivate people to make the climb “all the way up”.

Our Client Needed:
• to build visibility within a short time frame,
• to draw the audience into the story and atmosphere of the place,
• to showcase the restaurant through key personalities, authentic content, and strong visuals,
• to leverage the power of BurdaMedia Extra, the media group C3 Prague is part of.

All of this had to come in a compact, fast and efficient package covering creativity, production, and media performance.

How did we tackle it?

We created a smart three-month package that combined strategy, creative concept, content production, and distribution across BurdaMedia Extra channels. All under one roof, at a fast pace, and with a consistent editorial vision.

We combined our editorial know-how with the authentic voice of real people:
• we created content directly with chef Karel Caldr and his team,
• we produced a series of text, video, and photo outputs for Apetit, ELLE, Marianne, and TopRecepty,
• we communicated across web, social media, and print,
• we anchored the content in seasonal themes – image building, Halloween, business lunch, and St. Martin’s goose.

Each format was tailored to the style of the specific medium:

Apetit → foodie detail, ELLE → style & atmosphere, Marianne → emotion & experience, TopRecepty → practical inspiration.

What did we achieve?

We delivered a package that positioned Fly Vista as a new iconic destination above Prague while generating massive multi-platform reach. Online PR articles reached over 15,000 reads, video formats across social media generated more than 400,000 views, and the total social reach exceeded 300,000 people. Print features in Marianne, Apetit, and ELLE together reached nearly 500,000 readers.

Thanks to the combination of attractive content, seasonal moments, and strong editorial brands, Fly Vista reached almost 800,000 people, who now see it as a place worth visiting – whether for breakfast, a business lunch, or an evening drink with a view.
